Fried Banana Balls
| The Eclectic Kitchen - Recipes |
The actual ingredients may vary as bananas vary in size around the world.
Unfortunately, I am not in your kitchen eating your food so I have no clue which ones you will be using.
However, this is still a great, quick energy booster and a very tasty treat as well.
Ingredients:
Eight large bananas
One tablespoon Condensed Milk
One egg
One teaspoon Cinnamon
One teaspoon Nutmeg
Two cups all-purpose flour
Powdered sugar (Coating)
Cooking oil (Enough to fry your balls)
Preparations:
Place the powdered sugar in a secure Tupperware container with a tight fitting lid.
You will be putting your banana balls in this and shaking it up to cover them thoroughly with the powdered sugar.
Blend all of the other ingredients in a bowl and stir, mix and blend until you have a doughy texture and all of the ingredients are evenly spread out in the dough itself.
Heat up your cooking oil until it is almost smoking.
Drop the dough into the oil with a spoon … being very careful not to burn yourself or splash the oil anywhere it could hurt you.
Drain your banana balls on a paper towel and place them in the container with the powdered sugar.
Shake them up so that they are coated and serve them hot.
